Linda Messerschmidt, ERYT, Founder of Racine's only Yoga Studio, is a Registered & Certified Yoga Instructor who teaches Hatha Yoga as the primary form of yoga for beginners to advanced.  Vinyasa (Power) Yoga is offered for intermediate to advanced students. Linda also teaches a Beginner 3 Week Yoga Program.  See Schedule page for all classes, dates and pricing.  Registration required for all classes.

Additional Yoga Instruction in Ashtanga Yoga are available for intermediate to advanced, taught by Jason Frankhouser , RYT; Hatha Yoga in Traditional Himalayan style with Mark Infusino; Kundalini Yoga and Qi Gong are offered by Joe Mayer for all levels.  

All Yoga props are provided for your convenience including: mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps with no additional fee.  Most classes include Pranayama (breath work), Asanas (postures), Sun Salutations,  and Savasana (deep relaxation) with guided imagery and meditation.  "Meditation in Motion" is encouraged throughout your practice staying focused with Ujjayi Pranayama and Drishti (gazing point).
